Northampton Earns Top Seed for Region 19 Women's Volleyball Tournament

EDISON, NJ - The Region 19 volleyball committee announced Northampton as the top-seed for the upcoming NJCAA East A District Championship tournament, following their meeting on Wednesday October 22nd.  The Spartans finished the regular season at 26-1 overall and 13-0 in Region 19. 

The Spartans will open the postseason on Wednesday October 29th at home vs. 8th seeded RCSJ-Gloucester at 7pm.  The winner will advance to the District Championship match on Saturday November 1st at 8pm vs. the winner of #4 Harrisburg vs. #5 Raritan Valley, which will be hosted at the Arthur L. Scott Center.  Other opening round matches include; #2 Brookdale hosting #7 Union and #3 Ocean hosting #6 Bergen.  The winners of those matches will meet at 6pm on Saturday November 1st at Northampton in the East B District Championship.
