Bergen’s Nico Betancourt Named GSAC Division III Men’s Soccer Player of the Week

The Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) has announced Nico Betancourt of Bergen Community College as the Division III Men's Soccer Player of the Week.

Betancourt, a dynamic forward, played a pivotal role in Bergen's two conference victories last week. On September 16, he scored the eventual game-winning goal in a 3–0 shutout over Union College, finishing a play assisted by teammate Onur Can

Union College.  He followed that effort with a dominant performance on September 20 against Northampton Community College, netting a hat trick with goals in the 20th, 65th, and 86th minutes to lead the Bulldogs to a commanding 7–1 victory
