Jakai Irby named GSAC D3 Basketball Player of the Week

VINELAND - The GSAC Basketball Committee is proud to announce the GSAC D3 Mens Basketball Player of the Week.

Jakai Irby - Bergen

Freshman Forward Jakai Irby had 27 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, and 6 steals to help Bergen Community College defeat Atlantic Cape Community College with a score of 80-70. Jakai followed that game with 23 points, 13 rebounds, 1assist, and 3 blocks in an 86-66 victory over Rowan College of South Jersey – Cumberland. Those back-to-back wins extended Bergen's winning streak to five in a row.
